Salsa


Yields 14 oz | Prep Time: 5 minutes

1 28 oz can, plum tomatoes
1 small white onion
1/4-1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed
1 handful of cilantro
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Chili powder, to taste
3 tbsp fresh lime juice

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired thickness.

2. Serve or store in the fridge for up to one week.
