Vegan Herbed Ricotta


Yields ~3 1/2 cups | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes

12 oz silken tofu
14-16 oz extra firm tofu
1/4 c non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp nutritional yeast 

1. Drain extra firm tofu between two paper towels for about 10 minutes. You want to remove excess liquid before using it.

2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
