Meet Leslie McGowan
Leslie's health and food journey began in 2013 when she began learning to cook and reinventing old family recipes to adapt to her family's developing allergies and health conditions.
After moving to the Bay Area in 2014, she adapted her cooking to host friends and family with numerous dietary preferences, sometimes in a single meal.
She is a self taught chef and holds a certification in nutrition from Cornell University. She is a world traveler, carrying out a promise to herself to visit a new country each year, attends local cooking classes and brings home new recipes and cooking techniques to apply and share.
Leslie now lives in a South Jersey suburb just outside Philadelphia with her family, exploring East Coast wineries and playing tennis in her free time.
