Vegan Ricotta Cheese

Who says cheese can't be dairy-free? This one is packed with protein and is a show-stopping stand in for the OG influencer.


Yields ~3 1/2 cups | Prep Time: 15 minutes

12 oz silken tofu 14-16 oz extra firm tofu 1/4 c non-dairy milk 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp Italian seasoning 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Directions


1. Drain extra firm tofu between two paper towels for about 10 minutes. You want to remove excess liquid before using it.


2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
